99% Of Success Online Is Selecting The Right Niche
Visit any forum for budding internet entrepreneurs and you’ll see the same problems time and time again.
Either they can’t get any traffic or they have traffic but nobody is buying.
Here’s the big secret - selecting the right niche in the first place is what will likely make or break you online.
Over the years I probably launched upwards of 70+ websites - from one page sales pages to minisites to huge authority content sites. I’ve built Squidoo lenses and Hub Pages. Written articles and made videos.
And what I discovered was that a tiny affiliate minisite with minimal traffic could generate hundreds of dollars a month on autopilot if it was in the right niche, while one with 10 times the content and traffic could limp home with just a tiny handful of sales (if any at all!).
Certain content sites of mine would be deluged with questions, requests for advice, product recommendations, advertising enquiries and so on while another with far more visitors would sit there like a dead duck.
So that’s the take home point here?
If you’re trying to get started online but you’re not getting anywhere - it might be time to look at your niche.
I send over 10,000 visitors a month to a range of different Clickbank products but just 3 of them make up over 80% of my sales. They’re also in totally unrelated niches and only 1 of them is my own product.
So here’s my own suggestion for you. Dabble. Set up a number of different small content sites. Once they start to appear in the search engine results, optimize them for sales and sooner or later you’ll hit gold. One strong market with the right product can make a fulltime income when you figure out that magical combination…
Put the right advert for the right product infront of the right people.
It looks simple when you put it like that, doesn’t it?!
